This decision is based on the Show Cause Notice issued by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit. The case was initially handled by the Additional Director General, and the reassignment is in accordance with Notification No.15/2002-Customs (N.T.) under the Customs Act, 1962. Copies of the order have been distributed to relevant customs and excise authorities.
