of <h1>New Alphanumeric E-Form System Announced Under Companies Act 2013 for Easy Identification; Rollout by March 31, 2014.</h1> The notification informs stakeholders about the new alphanumeric nomenclature for e-forms under the Companies Act, 2013, designed for easier identification. Each form's identifier begins with two or three letters related to the chapter's subject, followed by a serial number. The Act comprises 29 chapters, with forms prescribed for most, except Chapters I and XXIII. Examples include INC for incorporation, PAS for prospectus, and DIR for director qualifications. A detailed rollout plan for these e-forms will be available on the Ministry's website by March 31, 2014.
