The committee, formed under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, comprises various ex-officio members, including the Development Commissioner of the SEZ as Chairperson, and representatives from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Foreign Trade, Customs, Income Tax, Finance, and Haryana's government departments.
