Ltd. This committee is formed under the authority of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. The committee includes the Development Commissioner of the SEZ as Chairperson, with members from various government departments, including the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Foreign Trade, Customs, Income Tax, Finance, and local district administration. A representative from the developer, M/s City Gold Realty Pvt. Ltd., is a special invitee.
