of <h1>Government Approves IT-Specific SEZ in Koba, Gujarat; Aqualine Properties to Develop 27.834 Hectares for Tech Services</h1> The Central Government has approved the establishment of a sector-specific Special Economic Zone (SEZ) for information technology and IT-enabled services in Village Koba, District Gandhinagar, Gujarat. This initiative is proposed by a private organization, M/s. Aqualine Properties Private Limited, under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. The government has confirmed that all necessary requirements have been met and issued a letter of approval on December 1, 2006. The notified SEZ area covers 27.834 hectares, specifically in survey numbers 242P and 270P in Koba village.
