Notification appoints 31 July 2008 as the date from which the sector specific biotechnology SEZ proposed by M/s. Saloni Business Park Private Limited at Villages Kharivali and Bhopivali, Taluka Wada, District Thane shall be deemed to be Inland Container Deport under Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962, pursuant to sub section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005.
