Approval Committee constituted for IT/ITES Special Economic Zone with specified ex officio members and special invitee. An Approval Committee is constituted under Section 13(1) of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 for the IT/ITES Special Economic Zone developed by M/s Gera Developments Private Limited. The Committee is chaired by the Development Commissioner of the SEZ and comprises specified ex officio members from central and state departments and revenue authorities, plus a special invitee representing the developer. Provision is made for an officer not below the rank of Joint Development Commissioner to represent the Chairperson in his absence.
