of <h1>Ace Derivatives and Commodity Exchange, Ahmedabad recognized under Section 43(5) of Income-tax Act, 1961; subject to rule compliance.</h1> The Central Government has recognized Ace Derivatives and Commodity Exchange Limited, Ahmedabad as a recognized association under section 43(5) of the Income-tax Act, 1961. This recognition is effective from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. The recognition may be withdrawn if any conditions specified in rule 6DDC of the Income-tax Rules, 1962, are violated. The notification remains valid until the Forward Markets Commission's approval is withdrawn or expires, or if rescinded by the Central Government as per rule 6DDD of the Income-tax Rules, 1962.
