This approval follows compliance with the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. Initially approved on August 25, 2006, the developer's name was changed from Assotech Realty Private Limited to GHI Finlease and Investments Limited on November 15, 2006. The SEZ covers various land parcels totaling 13.309 hectares in the specified area.
