Canton Buildwell Private Limited. This committee is constituted under Section 13 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. The committee includes the Development Commissioner of the Noida Special Economic Zone as Chairperson, and members from various government departments such as the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Foreign Trade, Customs, Income Tax, Banking, and Haryana's industrial development bodies. A representative from the developer, Mts. Canton Buildwell Private Limited, is a special invitee.
