Special Economic Zone designation deemed Inland Container Depot under the Customs Act, changing its customs classification and status. The Central Government, under sub section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, appointed a date from which the Information Technology and IT Enabled Services SEZ developed by M/s. Canton Buildwell Pvt. Ltd. at Village Gwal Pahari, Tehsil Sohna, District Gurgaon, Haryana shall be deemed to be an Inland Container Depot for the purposes of the Customs Act, 1962, recorded in an official notification with file reference and Joint Secretary signature.
