This committee, formed under Section 13 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, will oversee the zone developed by a private company. The committee includes the Development Commissioner as Chairperson and members from various government departments, such as the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the Directorate General of Foreign Trade, Customs, Income Tax, and the Ministry of Finance. Additionally, representatives from the Uttar Pradesh government and the developer are included.
