of <h1>Central Government Forms SEZ Approval Committee for IT Services at Chandaka, Bhubaneswar, Under SEZ Act 2005</h1> The Central Government has established an Approval Committee for the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) dedicated to information technology and IT-enabled services at Chandaka Industrial Estate, Bhubneshwar, Orissa. This committee, formed under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, comprises various ex-officio members, including the Development Commissioner of the SEZ as Chairperson, representatives from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the Zonal Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, and officials from Customs, Income Tax, and the Ministry of Finance. Additionally, two officers from the Government of Orissa and a representative from the developer, Orissa Industrial Development Corporation, are included.
