of <h1>Noida SEZ Recruitment Rules Amended: Rule 5 Now Requires UPSC Consultation for Written Reasons Under Article 309 Authority.</h1> The Noida Special Economic Zone, Noida-Assistant Development Commissioner and Section Officer (Accounts) Recruitment Amendment Rules, 2009, amends the 2003 recruitment rules. Effective upon publication in the Official Gazette, the amendment modifies rule 5 by adding the requirement for consultation with the Union Public Service Commission when recording reasons in writing. This change is enacted under the authority granted by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution. The original rules were published in the Gazette of India in February 2003.
