        <h1>SEZ de-notification: rescission of sector-specific Special Economic Zone notification for Boltech under SEZ rules after approval</h1> Rescission of the sector-specific Special Economic Zone notification for Boltech at Village Pregnapur is effected under the SEZ Act and Rules: the Central Government, invoking powers under section 4(1) of the Act and the first proviso to rule 8 of the SEZ Rules, rescinds the notification that had designated 10.926512 hectares as an SEZ, subject to things done or omitted before the rescission, following the developer's proposal and a letter of approval for de-notification.
