The amendments involve changes to the table in the original notification. Specifically, for serial number 2, item (ii) is replaced to reference Section 149 after the grant of order for clearance of goods under sections 47 or 51 of the Customs Act, 1962. Additionally, for serial number 3, a new item (xxxvii) is inserted, referencing Section 149 before the grant of such orders.
