of <h1>Centre for Water Resources Development & Management Approved for Income Tax Benefits Under Section 35(1)(ii) for 1988-1989.</h1> The Centre for Water Resources Development and Management in Kunnamangalam, Kozhikode, Kerala, has been approved by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research for the purposes of section 35(1)(ii) of the Income-tax Act, 1961. This approval is effective from April 1, 1988, to March 31, 1989. The institution must maintain separate accounts for funds received for scientific research, submit annual returns and audited accounts, and apply for approval extension before its expiry. Failure to apply before the expiry may result in rejection.
