of <h1>Delhi VAT: Deadline Extended to Jan 31, 2014 for Audit Report Form AR-I for Dealers with Rs.10 Crores Turnover</h1> The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, through the Department of Trade and Taxes, has issued a notification extending the deadline for the submission of the audit report in Form AR-I for the fiscal year 2012-13. This applies to dealers with a turnover of Rs.10 crores or more in either 2011-12 or 2012-13. The new deadline is now set for January 31, 2014, instead of the previously announced January 10, 2014. This change is authorized by the Commissioner of Value Added Tax under the relevant sections of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act and Rules.
