This assignment is pursuant to Notification No.15/2002-Customs (N.T.) and involves the case concerning M/s Balkrishna Industries Ltd. The order is documented under F. No. 437/86/2013-Cus-IV, dated 29th October 2013, and is authorized by M.V. Vasudevan, Under Secretary to the Government of India.
