of <h1>Delhi VAT Extends Stock-1 Filing Deadline: Dealers Under INR 1 Cr by Aug 5, Over INR 1 Cr by Oct 5.</h1> The Commissioner of Value Added Tax in Delhi has extended the deadline for filing stock statements in Form Stock-1 online for stock available as of March 31, 2013. Dealers with a gross turnover up to INR 1 crore for the year 2012-13 must file by August 5, 2013, while those with a turnover exceeding INR 1 crore have until October 5, 2013. This modification updates a previous notification from August 16, 2012. The notification has been distributed to relevant government officials and departments for implementation and publication.
