of <h1>Swami Dayananda Ashram designated under section 10(23C) of Income-tax Act for assessment years 1985-86 to 1988-89.</h1> The Central Government has issued a notification under sub-clause (v) of clause (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, designating 'Swami Dayananda Ashram (Sri Gangadhareswar Trust), Rishikesh' for the purpose of this sub-clause. This notification applies to the assessment years 1985-86 to 1988-89, as per Notification No. S.O.1998 dated May 11, 1988.
