of <h1>Critical Care Medicine Association in India Gains Tax Approval Under Section 35(1)(iii) for 1987-1989 Period</h1> The National Association of Critical Care Medicine (India), based in New Delhi, has been approved by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research under section 35(1)(iii) of the Income-tax Act, 1961. This approval is valid from August 6, 1987, to March 31, 1989. The institution must maintain a separate account for funds received for scientific research, submit annual returns of its research activities by May 31 each year, and provide audited annual accounts and balance sheets by June 30 each year. Additionally, the institution must apply for approval extension three months before the current approval expires.
