of <h1>Central Government Forms Approval Committee for Power Sector SEZ Under Special Economic Zones Act, 2005</h1> The Central Government has established an Approval Committee for the power sector Special Economic Zone at Plot No. B-2, Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation, Warora Growth Center, Chandrapur, Maharashtra. This is in accordance with the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. The committee includes the Development Commissioner as Chairperson, and members from various government departments, including the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, and representatives from Customs, Central Excise, Income Tax, and the Ministry of Finance. A representative from the developer, M/s. Wardha Power Company Private Limited, will serve as a special invitee.
