of <h1>Hastimal Sanchati Research Foundation approved for scientific research under Section 35(1)(ii) of Income-tax Act, 1961.</h1> The Hastimal Sanchati Research Foundation in Pune has been approved by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, New Delhi, under section 35(1)(ii) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, for scientific research purposes. The foundation must maintain a separate account for research funds, submit annual returns of its research activities by May 31 each year, and provide audited annual accounts by June 30. Additionally, the foundation must apply for approval extension three months before expiration. This approval is valid from February 17, 1986, to March 31, 1988.
