of <h1>Government Recognizes Institute of Animal Health for Tax Exemption Under Section 10(23C)(iv) for 1984-87 Assessment Years.</h1> The Central Government has issued a notification under clause (iv) of sub-section (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, recognizing the 'Institute of Animal Health and Veterinary Biologicals, Hebbal (Bangalore)' for the purpose of this clause. This notification applies to the assessment years 1984-85 to 1986-87, as per Notification No. S.O.1768 dated March 10, 1987.
