of <h1>Kasturba Health Society's perpetual tax approval under Section 35(1)(ii) now time-bound until March 31, 1988.</h1> The perpetual approval granted to Kasturba Health Society, Wardha, under section 35(1)(ii) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, is converted into a time-bound approval valid until March 31, 1988. This change is specified in Notification No. S.O.4114 dated October 9, 1986. The approval is contingent upon the condition that any donations received under section 35(1)(ii) must be invested exclusively in government securities and nationalized banks. This adjustment modifies the original approval granted by the Ministry of Finance in 1972.
