of <h1>Indian Drug Association's perpetual approval under Income-tax Act, Section 35(1)(ii), now time-bound until March 31, 1987.</h1> The approval granted to the institution 'Indian Drug Association, Poona' under section 35(1)(ii) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, which was initially on a perpetual basis, has been converted into a time-bound approval valid until March 31, 1987. This change was formalized through Notification No. S.O.4101 dated September 12, 1986, by the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance). The original perpetual approval was issued under Notification No. 69 dated October 20, 1962.
