of <h1>Krishnamurti Foundation India Approved for Scientific Research Under Section 35(1)(iii) of Income-tax Act 1961</h1> Krishnamurti Foundation India, located in Madras, has been approved by the Department of Scientific & Industrial Research under section 35(1)(iii) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, for scientific research purposes. This approval requires the foundation to maintain separate accounts for research funds, submit annual returns of research activities by April 30, and provide audited financial statements by June 30 each year. Additionally, the foundation must apply for approval extension three months before its expiry. This notification is effective from January 1, 1986, to March 31, 1988.
