of <h1>Shri Sohanlal Jain Vidya Prasarak Samiti Approved for Scientific Research Funding under Section 35(1)(iii) of Income-tax Act</h1> The institution, Shri Sohanlal Jain Vidya Prasarak Samiti, Faridabad, has been approved under section 35(1)(iii) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, by the Department of Science & Technology, New Delhi, for scientific research funding. The institution must maintain separate accounts for research funds, submit annual research activity returns by April 30, and provide audited financial statements by June 30 each year. It must also apply for approval extension three months before expiry. The approval is valid from August 29, 1985, to March 1, 1988.
