The Chair is the Development Commissioner (Director, STPI Navi Mumbai), with ex officio members from the Department of Commerce, Zonal Joint DGFT (Pune), Customs/Central Excise, Income Tax, Ministry of Finance (Banking), and Maharashtra industry administration, and a developer representative as special invitee.
