Changes include corrections in customs and central excise notifications, such as clarifying the term '(above 24 inches)' to '(above 24 inches diameter)' in Notification No. 21/2002-Customs, and amending headings in various Central Excise notifications from 'heading No. 25.05' to 'heading No. 68.07.' Additionally, a correction is made to reduce a percentage from 'fifty per cent.' to 'thirty per cent.' in Notification No. 11/2002-Central Excise.
