of <h1>Bai Jerbai Wadia Hospital Approved for Research Funding Under Section 35(1)(ii) of Income-tax Act, 1961</h1> The Bai Jerbai Wadia Hospital for Children and Institute of Child Health Research Society in Bombay has been approved by the Department of Science and Technology under section 35(1)(ii) of the Income-tax Act, 1961. This approval is valid from September 7, 1984, to March 31, 1986. The institution must maintain separate accounts for scientific research funds, submit annual returns of research activities by April 30 each year, and provide audited annual accounts and balance sheets to the prescribed authority and the Commissioner of Income-tax by June 30 each year.
