of <h1>Industrial Development Bank of India Approved Under Section 80L of Income-tax Act 1961, Effective April 2, 1984.</h1> The Central Government has approved the Industrial Development Bank of India, established under the Industrial Development Bank of India Act, 1964, under clause (via) of sub-section (1) of section 80L of the Income-tax Act, 1961. This approval is formalized through Notification No. G.S.R.86(E) dated February 29, 1984, and will take effect on April 2, 1984.
