of <h1>Central Government Notifies Association of State Road Transport Undertakings Under Section 10(23C)(iv) for 1983-86 Tax Assessment</h1> The Central Government, exercising powers under clause (iv) of sub-section (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, has notified the 'Association of State Road Transport Undertakings, New Delhi' for the purpose of the specified section. This notification applies to the assessment years 1983-84 to 1985-86, as per Notification No. S.O.796 dated February 20, 1984.
