of <h1>Scientific Research Project Approved Under Section 35(2A) of Income-tax Act for Low-Cost Electronic Connectors</h1> A scientific research program titled 'Electro Deposition of High Performance Low Cost Materials for Separable Electronic Connectors' has been approved under sub-section (2A) of section 35 of the Income-tax Act, 1961. The project, sponsored by two companies from Ghaziabad, is to be implemented by an institute in Bangalore. The project commenced on March 11, 1983, and is expected to be completed by March 1985, with an estimated budget of Rs. 1,50,000 and Rs. 50,000. The Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, is authorized to undertake this project on a sponsorship basis under section 10(2)(xiii) of the Indian Income-tax Act, 1922.
