of <h1>Centre for Organisation Development Approved for Scientific Research Under Section 35(1)(iii) of Income-tax Act, 1961</h1> The Centre for Organisation Development in Hyderabad has been approved by the Department of Science & Technology, New Delhi, as an institution for scientific research under section 35(1)(iii) of the Income-tax Act, 1961. This approval is valid from September 1, 1983, to August 31, 1986. The Centre must maintain separate accounts for research funds, submit annual returns of its research activities by April 30 each year, and provide audited annual accounts and balance sheets to the prescribed authority and the Commissioner of Income-tax by June 30 each year.
