of <h1>Madhya Pradesh Mahila Kalyan Samiti notified for tax exemption under Section 10(23C)(iv) for 1983-86 assessment years.</h1> The Central Government, exercising its powers under clause (iv) of sub-section (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, has notified 'Madhya Pradesh Mahila Kalyan Samiti, Bhopal' for the purposes of this section. This notification applies to the assessment years 1983-84 to 1985-86, as per Notification No. S.O.791 dated January 23, 1984.
