1 CORRIGENDUM - In the notification no. 10/2007-Service Tax dated 1st march 2007, in para 1, condition (ii), for the words "current or previous financial year" read as "previous financial year.")

(Note: - This notification Exempts taxable services provided by a Technology Business Incubator (TBI) or   Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Park (STEP), the National  Science  and Technology Entrepreneurship Development Board (NSTEDB) and Department of  Science and Technology )

2 CORRIGENDUM - In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 33/2007-Service Tax, dated the 23rd May, 2007 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide G.S.R. 386(E), dated the 23rd May, 2007, on page No.2, in line 38, for  "(i)", read " (ii)".

(Note: - This notification Exempts all taxable services provided for the official use of a foreign diplomatic mission or consular post in India)
