It grants contractual service suppliers access to 37 sub-sectors and independent professionals certainty in 17 sub-sectors, providing concrete market access. The agreement secures broader commitments from the EU across 144 services sub-sectors and reciprocal offers of 102 sub-sectors by India, creating a predictable regime for services trade and committing to negotiate social security agreements within five years and post-study work visa facilitation.
