<h1>Mandi fee exemption for rice exports extended one more year, keeping levy suspended beyond December 2025</h1> Chhattisgarh will extend for one additional year the existing exemption from mandi (market) fee on rice exported from the state. The extension continues the suspension of the statutory levy otherwise payable on mandi transactions for eligible rice exporters beyond its scheduled expiry in December 2025, thereby reducing export transaction costs and intended to increase the volume of rice exports and associated procurement demand from local farmers.
