Mumbai International Airport Ltd implemented measures including dedicated parking for about 25 grounded aircraft, additional seating, complimentary refreshments, extra terminal managers and customer service staff, round the clock help desks, special exit gates with staffed coordination, monitoring of concession pricing, and a multi agency taskforce focused on baggage retrieval and airside scheduling to manage disruptions from cancelled flights.
