<h1>SPARK Awards honor 28 underbanked micro-entrepreneurs, boosting financial inclusion, MSME growth, mentorship and family support nationwide</h1> A non-banking financial company launched the inaugural SPARK Awards, a nationwide program recognizing 28 small business owners with annual turnover below Rs. 20 lakh, selected from over 38,000 nominations across more than 4,000 pincodes through an independent jury process designed to ensure transparency and merit. Awards were conferred in seven categories, including lifetime achievement, women entrepreneurship, innovation, technology, social impact, emerging leadership, and fastest growth. The initiative provides recognition, mentorship, and sponsored event participation for awardees and their families, and seeks to promote financial inclusion, strengthen the MSME ecosystem, and support underbanked entrepreneurs, while underscoring the company's ESG and CSR commitments in India.
