The courses cover FinTech regulation and growth in India, disposal of scrap goods, cash flow statement analysis, and investment management using fixed income securities. A senior Expenditure official inaugurated the initiative, emphasizing innovation-led, technology-driven professional development for civil servants. The program aims to enhance officials' analytical, financial, and procedural competencies, support improved fiscal governance and transparency, and institutionalize continuous learning within the public sector through structured, accessible e-learning modules.
