<h1>Inclusive livelihoods: cross sector collaboration to align skills, technology and policy for equitable employment and rural resilience.</h1> Charcha 2025 brought together government, industry, philanthropy and civil society to prioritise resilient, inclusive livelihoods toward Viksit Bharat @ 2047. The convening focused on closing the gap between formal degrees and market-valued skills, advancing health and nutrition as employability enablers, and using smart urbanisation for job creation. Technology and AI were framed as tools to enable digital skilling, micro-entrepreneurship and inclusive value chains while recognising displacement risks for lower-skill roles. Institutional collaboration-government enablement, market innovation and civil-society delivery-was promoted as the mechanism to scale equitable livelihoods.
