The developer added 6.36 msf of potential developable area with estimated GDV of ~Rs 9,100 crore and plans 12.67 msf of launches over three quarters, subject to final approvals and regulatory clarity. Reported estimated project surplus and cash-cover metrics far exceed net debt of Rs 2,894 crore, though surplus calculations exclude marketing, overheads, taxes and future debt repayments.
