India urged developed countries to accelerate emission reductions, pursue earlier net zero and net negative ambitions, and deliver equitable, predictable and concessional climate finance, technology transfer and capacity building to enable developing countries to implement ambitious NDCs and prioritize adaptation alongside mitigation.
