Entities must verify STQC certification and MCA approval to avoid fraudulent providers that misrepresent testing scope. The mandate does not apply to unregistered associations or companies with fewer than 1,000 members, though use of certified eVoting services is recommended to protect minority rights and ensure secure, transparent elections.
