<h1>Competition Commission approves listed ultimate parent's acquisition of two hybrid cloud MSP targets providing IT/ITeS services in India</h1> The Competition Commission of India approved a proposed acquisition under which an acquirer that is the listed ultimate parent of its group will acquire 100% of the shares of two targets. The targets are a hybrid cloud managed-services provider headquartered in Singapore with most operations and employees located in India.
