<h1>Urban waterbody conservation advisory appointment advances nature-based pollution mitigation and river rejuvenation through decentralized wastewater treatment.</h1> Shri Prasana Prabhu was appointed as an Expert Member of the State-Level Committee constituted under the Assam Urban Water Bodies (Preservation and Conservation) Act, 2024. The committee-chaired by the Minister-in-Charge of Housing & Urban Affairs with officials and local-body representatives-will oversee regulation, protection, cleaning, conservation, reclamation, regeneration, restoration and construction of urban water bodies. The Art of Living Social Projects will provide advisory expertise on pollution mitigation and ecological revival, including decentralised nature-based wastewater treatment and wetland phytoremediation methods.
