<h1>State partners with CGTMSE to offer collateral-free loans to small businesses with joint guarantees covering up to 95%</h1> The state government has entered a partnership with the Credit Guarantee Fund Trust for Micro and Small Enterprises to provide collateral-free loans to small entrepreneurs, with a joint guarantee structure covering up to 95% of loan amounts. Under the scheme, loans up to Rs 10 crore for small enterprises receive 75% CGTMSE and 20% state coverage; women entrepreneurs and MSMEs promoted by ex-servicemen receive 90% CGTMSE and 5% state coverage; micro enterprises get 85% CGTMSE and 10% state coverage for loans up to Rs 5 lakh. The scheme covers manufacturing, services, retail and education, with initial and phased budgetary contributions planned.
